About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead a software development team while remaining hands-on with coding, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and production releases. Key Responsibilities • Lead developers and drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery • Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure • Own CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployments, and release management • Build integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate • Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, Salesforce, and ERP teams • Ensure code quality, production reliability, and predictable releases • Establish best practices for AI-assisted development and code reviews Requirements • 8+ years of professional software development experience • 2+ years of experience leading a development team • 7+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET • Strong experience with Angular • Production experience building and hosting applications on Microsoft Azure • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint execution • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • LinkedIn profile with a photo, location, and employment details
