About the Role We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our remote team. This role involves hands-on development and leadership in building scalable enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices • Design scalable, reusable enterprise solutions and frameworks • Build REST APIs, Kafka-based event-driven applications, and AWS cloud solutions • Mentor engineering teams and perform code reviews • Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, security, observability, and application reliability Requirements • 12+ years of Software Engineering experience • 8+ years of Java development • 3+ years of experience in leading the team as Tech Lead • Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices • Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture • AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch) • SQL & Database Performance Tuning • CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, DevSecOps • OAuth2, JWT, Secure Coding
