Key Responsibilities • Lead custom software development for crane dispatch, asset management, field service, pricing, and enterprise integrations • Provide technical leadership for development teams • Ensure code quality and sprint delivery • Manage CI/CD pipelines and production stability • Coordinate releases and stakeholder communication • Utilize AI-assisted development tools Requirements • 8+ years of experience with C#/.NET development • 2+ years of technical leadership experience • Strong Angular experience • Production experience with Microsoft Azure • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and release pipelines • Agile/Scrum sprint management • Code reviews, testing, and release management • Strong stakeholder communication skills
