About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and building scalable enterprise web applications and services. This role involves leading end-to-end software development life cycles (SDLC), mentoring junior engineers, driving technical architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead the architectural design and implementation of highly scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications using .NET / .NET Core and cloud technologies. • Write clean, efficient, reusable, and testable code across front-end, back-end, API, and database layers following SOLID principles and modern design patterns. • Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture. • Architect and optimize SQL Server database schemas, write complex queries, stored procedures, and performance-tune data access layers (Entity Framework / Dapper). • Migrate legacy applications to Azure (or AWS) and implement cloud-native services (App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL). • Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, mentor junior/mid-level developers, and drive technical excellence within the team. • Set up, maintain, and optimize automated build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. • Perform root-cause analysis, debug, and resolve complex performance bottlenecks and production defects. Requirements • 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and building scalable enterprise web applications and services. • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework 4.8+, .NET Core / .NET 6 / .NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API. • Strong front-end development skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern SPA frameworks (Angular or React). • Experience with MS SQL Server, T-SQL, Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core, Dapper. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Service Bus). • Knowledge of Microservices architecture, RESTful API design, SOA, Event-driven architecture.
