About the Role We are seeking a Technical Lead .NET Fullstack Developer to join the NY State Department of Transportation. This role requires extensive experience with .NET technologies and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core • Lead code reviews and mentor developers • Manage Agile processes as a Scrum Master • Coordinate with stakeholders on business requirements • Troubleshoot production issues and manage deployments Requirements • 84+ months of experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, including ASP.NET Core • 48+ months of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Vue.js, Angular, or React • 72+ months of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures • 36+ months of experience with Windows Server and IIS • 36+ months of experience with OIDC, OAuth 2.0, or federated authentication • 48+ months of experience as a Technical Lead • 36+ months of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Git • Experience in software testing, release management, and production troubleshooting • Experience in business requirement analysis and stakeholder coordination • 24+ months of experience in transportation infrastructure, asset management, or GIS-related systems
