About the Role We are seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in .NET/C# to join our team. This role involves leading developers while remaining hands-on with coding and developing enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead developers while remaining hands-on with coding • Develop enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and Angular • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and production releases • Deploy and support applications on Microsoft Azure • Integrate systems using REST APIs, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365 • Work with Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Power Apps, and Power Automate • Conduct code reviews and resolve production issues • Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor Requirements • 8+ years of software development experience • 7+ years of hands-on C# and .NET experience • 2+ years of Technical Lead / Team Lead experience • Strong Angular development skills • Production experience with Microsoft Azure • CI/CD pipelines and release management • Agile/Scrum and sprint management • AI-assisted development and AI-generated code review Preferred Skills • React and Python • Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations • GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps • AI-enabled applications and intelligent workflows • Field service, dispatch, asset management, or equipment rental experience
