About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in modern web application development and scalable distributed systems. This role requires 15+ years of software development experience and hands-on expertise with Vite. Key Responsibilities • Develop scalable frontend applications using React, Vite, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js and TypeScript • Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, schemas, migrations, and SQL queries • Implement asynchronous workflows, event-driven systems, and message queues • Ensure reliable integrations through concurrency management, idempotency, retries, and error recovery • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews Requirements • 15+ years of overall software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Vite • Excellent backend development skills using Node.js • Solid experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, and Prisma ORM or equivalent • Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable application architecture • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
