About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the Gainsight team and manage the technical product roadmap for the Gainsight Community platform. Key Responsibilities • Manage and drive the technical product roadmap for the Gainsight Community platform • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and product enhancements • Oversee community engagement features, user experience, integrations, and platform improvements • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions • Manage product backlogs, prioritize requirements, and track product releases • Ensure successful implementation of product enhancements and platform improvements Requirements • Experience with Gainsight Community Platform • Technical Product Management expertise • Product Roadmap & Backlog Management skills • Ability to handle Business Requirements & Technical Specifications • Knowledge of Community Engagement & User Experience • Platform Integrations experience • Agile / Scrum methodology understanding • Stakeholder Management capabilities • Release & Implementation Management experience
