About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with hands-on experience in Data/ETL/AI to lead the Global Relationship Database (GRD) program. Key Responsibilities • Lead planning and execution of the Global Relationship Database (GRD) program • Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and status reporting • Drive alignment across Independence, Risk, Legal, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams • Coordinate project activities across multiple global member firms and business stakeholders • Ensure scope, schedule, budget, resource, and quality objectives are achieved • Coordinate delivery of data onboarding, migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Data teams to oversee API integrations and data exchange processes • Manage dependencies involving source systems, relationship data repositories, and third-party platforms • Monitor data quality risks and ensure implementation of appropriate control frameworks • Establish and maintain appropriate project governance structures • Ensure compliance with Independence, Risk, Regulatory, and Data Privacy requirements • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and leadership updates • Drive resolution of escalated risks, issues, and design decisions • Build strong relationships with business leaders, GTIL stakeholders, global member firms, and technology teams • Communicate program progress, risks, decisions, and dependencies effectively to executive leadership • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with global stakeholders • Coordinate activities involving third-party vendors and implementation partners • Monitor vendor deliverables, timelines, and commitments • Ensure contractual deliverables and project outcomes are met • Support development of operating models, governance processes, and support structures • Drive organizational readiness activities, communications, and adoption planning • Coordinate training and transition activities to operational support teams Requirements • 8+ years of project or program management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives • Experience leading large-scale data, compliance, governance, or transformation programs • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies • Experience managing enterprise integrations, APIs, and data migration initiatives • Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Strong risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management skills • Experience developing executive-level status reports and steering committee materials • Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
