About the Role Drive complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end. You will take ambiguous goals, turn them into structured plans with clear owners and milestones, and deliver outcomes across multiple engineering teams. This is a hands-on TPM role—not a people-management position—focused on execution, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment in a cloud/engineering context. Key Responsibilities • Own program plans end-to-end: scope, dependencies, milestones, risks, and success criteria across multiple engineering teams • Turn ambiguous problem statements into structured programs with a clear path to delivery • Manage stakeholders across engineering, business, and operational groups—surfacing conflicting requirements early and driving them to decisions • Run program rhythms: status reviews, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and executive readouts • Communicate clearly in writing and in meetings, tailoring messages for engineers, business partners, and senior leaders Requirements • Experience: Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years in engineering, technical program management, data analysis, or product development (OR equivalent experience) • Cross-functional delivery: 2+ years managing cross-team or cross-functional projects • Cloud/SaaS fluency: Technical depth sufficient to understand engineering tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks in cloud or SaaS programs • Stakeholder management: Proven ability to operate in high-stakes scenarios with conflicting requirements Nice-to-Haves • Microsoft 365, multitenant SaaS, or large enterprise IT experience • Experience with tenant lifecycle, configuration, or onboarding programs at scale • Background partnering with security, compliance, or internal business groups (finance, support)
