About the Role We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive cloud cost optimization initiatives and infrastructure compliance projects. This role requires working with application and engineering teams across the organization to ensure plans are executed effectively. Key Responsibilities • Drive cost optimization (FinOps) initiatives end to end, analyzing cloud billing data and tracking actions to completion • Manage infrastructure compliance projects, planning and following up on security and compliance work • Run programs with clear plans, owners, dates, risks and status, keeping teams aligned • Present progress, results and recommendations to senior leadership • Utilize AI tools to automate manual work and create compelling visuals Requirements • Proven program or project management experience, partnering with engineering teams • Analytical skills with comfort using spreadsheets, cloud billing dashboards and financial metrics • Good business sense regarding technical and operational decisions affecting cost and risk • Experience with AWS cloud cost management, forecasting and optimization is a plus • Hands-on experience with infrastructure security and compliance is a plus • Experience leading cross-functional teams or managing people is a plus Skills • Project Management (2-5 years required) • Communication Skill (2-5 years required) • Amazon Web Services (AWS) (1-2 years nice to have)
