About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives and drive end-to-end delivery across Cloud, Application Development, Data and Analytics, Architecture, and business teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead multiple enterprise technology projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans • Coordinate across Architecture, Development, Cloud, Data, QA, Security, Operations, PMO, and business teams • Drive executive reporting, steering committee updates, and delivery reviews • Monitor KPIs, project health, financials, risks, and mitigation plans • Influence key business and technical decisions through data-driven insights • Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery across multiple initiatives Requirements • Strong experience in Technical Program Management and enterprise technology delivery • Experience leading application development and cloud transformation initiatives • Knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM • Understanding of Microsoft .NET / .NET Core, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration • Knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, analytics, and data governance • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
