About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for a 6-month contract-to-hire position in Torrance, CA. This role requires extensive experience in technology delivery, particularly with enterprise applications and cloud transformation programs. Key Responsibilities • Manage portfolio ownership and delivery reporting • Communicate effectively with executives • Handle budgeting and risk management • Oversee cloud transformation programs using AWS and .NET • Utilize Data & Analytics for decision-making Requirements • 12–15+ years of technology delivery experience • Strong background in enterprise application and cloud transformation • Expertise in portfolio ownership, executive communication, budgeting, and risk management • Knowledge of AWS, .NET, and Data & Analytics • Auto Finance experience is a plus
