About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in healthcare IT to oversee complex programs and ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities • Manage technical PMO and program management responsibilities for healthcare projects • Implement and maintain Agile and SAFe methodologies including Sprint, PI, and Release Planning • Oversee program governance, RAID management, and executive reporting • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Provide technical leadership for GCP, GKE, Kubernetes, and Cloud SQL implementations • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Python automation and PostgreSQL • Implement CI/CD processes and cloud architecture solutions • Manage production monitoring, incident management, on-call support, and issue triage • Utilize JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI/Looker Studio for project management Requirements • 12+ years of experience in Technical PMO / Program Management • Strong Agile / SAFe experience • Healthcare domain experience with HIPAA, PHI/PII compliance • Technical understanding of GCP, GKE, Kubernetes, and Cloud SQL • Experience with ETL pipelines, Python automation, and PostgreSQL • Knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform, and cloud architecture • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI / Looker Studio
