About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure programs supporting global silicon manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs from planning through deployment • Manage data center, cloud, HPC, and fab infrastructure initiatives • Coordinate with IT, security, infrastructure engineering, and external partners • Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and project milestones • Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication Requirements • 8+ years of Technical Program / Project Management experience • Strong experience with Data Centers & Cloud Data Centers • Mandatory Silicon Manufacturing / Semiconductor Industry experience • Experience managing infrastructure programs for silicon manufacturing • Experience with SAP / ERP Manufacturing Infrastructure • Understanding of HPC, cloud-hybrid infrastructure, networking, storage, and compute environments • Experience managing stakeholders and globally distributed Onshore / Offshore teams • 50% Technical / 50% Functional program management experience Preferred Qualifications • PMP / Agile / Scrum Master certification • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project • Knowledge of AWS / Azure, NIST, and ISO 27001
