About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and drive complex technology initiatives. This role will support our Centralized Quality Assurance (CQA) team and requires a strong background in technology delivery, vendor management, analytics, and Quality Assurance. Key Responsibilities • Manage large-scale, multi-team technology initiatives • Oversee vendor/MSP management, SOW, scope, milestones, deliverables, and risk management • Implement AI-driven solutions for test automation, reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency • Create executive dashboards, KPIs, and delivery reporting • Support Centralized QA/Quality Engineering teams Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management • Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-team technology initiatives • Advanced Jira skills (JQL, dashboards, workflows, backlog, and reporting) • Advanced Tableau, SQL, Excel, and data analytics skills • Knowledge of Power BI, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD • Advanced knowledge of Robot Framework • Strong understanding of test automation, regression testing, defect management, and quality metrics • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to drive accountability across vendors and cross-functional teams • Strong ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
