About the Role We are seeking a Technical SME – AI Compute to join AMK Groups in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role involves providing advanced technical support for complex AI compute infrastructure issues and leading performance investigations. Key Responsibilities • Provide advanced technical escalation and troubleshooting for complex AI compute infrastructure issues • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and performance investigations to identify underlying technical problems • Automate recurring operational tasks and improve infrastructure efficiency • Assess architectural defects and define permanent corrective and preventive actions • Monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs), capacity, and system performance • Support infrastructure lifecycle engineering and optimization • Coordinate with OEMs and vendors to resolve complex technical issues Requirements • 8+ years of experience in AI infrastructure, Linux, Kubernetes/Slurm, storage, or platform engineering • Strong technical expertise in Linux, Kubernetes, and/or Slurm environments • Proficiency in Python and Ansible for automation • Experience with RCA, capacity planning, and performance analysis • Understanding of SLOs, infrastructure lifecycle engineering, and architectural troubleshooting • Experience handling technical escalations with OEMs and vendors • English communication skills are mandatory; Mandarin is an added advantage
