About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical SME – AI Compute to provide advanced technical support and drive improvements in platform performance, stability, and reliability. Key Responsibilities • Provide L3 technical escalation for complex AI infrastructure and compute platform issues • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), performance investigations, and permanent corrective actions • Troubleshoot across Linux, Kubernetes/Slurm, storage, and AI infrastructure platforms • Automate operational tasks using Python and Ansible • Analyze SLOs, capacity planning, and infrastructure performance metrics • Identify architectural defects and drive infrastructure stability, reliability, and lifecycle improvements • Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues • Support incident, problem, and change management, while maintaining technical documentation Requirements • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in AI infrastructure, Linux, Kubernetes/Slurm, storage, or platform engineering • Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and platform issues • Strong knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, Slurm, storage systems, and AI compute environments • Experience with Python, Ansible, and operational automation • Proven expertise in RCA, performance optimization, capacity planning, SLOs, and platform reliability • Ability to manage complex escalations, identify architectural defects, and implement permanent solutions • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills • English communication skills are mandatory; Mandarin is preferred
