About the Role We are seeking a Technology Lead / Senior React.js Developer for a 6-month contract position. This role requires 10+ years of experience and will involve developing scalable, responsive, and high-performance React.js applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance React.js applications • Integrate frontend applications with Java/Python backend services and REST APIs • Contribute to AI/ML application integration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and timely project delivery Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with Redux, Context API, or Zustand • Working knowledge of Java and backend application development • Hands-on Python programming experience • Practical exposure to AI/ML technologies • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and application integration • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Strong React.js expertise with working knowledge of Java, Python, and AI/ML Important Note: Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Minnetonka, MN, from Day 1 and attend an in-person interview.
