About the Role We are looking for a Tele-Operator to join our Robotics Remote Operations team at Google Redmond Lab. This role involves operating robotic systems remotely using specialized interfaces. Key Responsibilities • Operate robotic systems remotely using teleoperation interfaces • Perform precise tasks using joysticks, haptic controllers, and sensory gloves • Navigate using first-person camera systems • Monitor video feeds, sensor data, and system feedback • Follow safety procedures and report technical issues • Maintain operational logs and collaborate with technical teams Requirements • Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor control • Good spatial awareness and depth perception • Comfort with gaming controllers, VR/AR systems, or wearable technology • Excellent focus, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills • Ability to follow procedures and work calmly under pressure Preferred Experience • Robotics, gaming, simulation, drone operation, or remote machinery control • Familiarity with haptic feedback and immersive technologies • Experience in technical operations, data collection, or AI training
