About the Role Accenture Flex is seeking a Telephony Cloud Engineer for a local fixed-duration project-based role. This position offers flexibility and is powered by Accenture, a leading global professional services company. Key Responsibilities • Deep hands-on migration experience in voice telephony, SIP, PSTN, SBC, carrier messaging, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, email delivery, CPaaS (Twilio, Vonage, Sinch, Bandwidth, Infobip) or contact center (Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, Five9, Teams, Dynamics) • Personally planned and executed at least two production cutovers of live communications workloads • Able to read and modify integration code in C, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python • Work with SDKs, REST APIs, and webhooks • Debug live call and message flows from logs and telemetry Requirements • Minimum 4 years of experience • Deep hands-on migration experience in one or more of voice telephony, SIP, PSTN, SBC, carrier messaging, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, email delivery, CPaaS (Twilio, Vonage, Sinch, Bandwidth, Infobip) or contact center (Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, Five9, Teams, Dynamics) • Minimum High School or GED Benefits • 18 month contract with potential for extension • Work authorization for OPT and H4-EAD
