About the Role We are seeking a Tender Manager with expertise in high-voltage substations to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end bids and technical-commercial proposals for grid technologies and substations. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end bids, technical-commercial proposals, pricing, and cost estimation • Coordinate with engineering, sales, finance, and supply chain teams • Develop and implement strategies for tendering and bidding processes Requirements • 5+ years of experience in high-voltage substations, tendering, bidding, or proposal management • Strong knowledge of HV GIS/AIS substation technologies • Experience managing end-to-end bids and technical-commercial proposals • Ability to coordinate with engineering, sales, finance, and supply chain teams • Experience with utilities, EPCs, or data-center projects • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
