About the Role We are looking for a Terraform/IaC Engineer to join our platform engineering organization. This role involves managing infrastructure as code across multiple AWS accounts and regions, with a focus on creating reusable modules and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Own the Terraform module platform and CI/CD pipeline for infrastructure changes • Implement drift detection and remediation processes • Design reusable, versioned Terraform modules for multi-team environments • Implement policy-as-code using tools like OPA, Sentinel, or Checkov Requirements • 5-14 years of experience with Terraform at multi-account, multi-region scale • Strong understanding of workspace strategy, module architecture, and remote state configuration • Experience with IaC CI/CD pipelines including plan-on-PR, policy checks, and apply-on-merge • Knowledge of policy-as-code tools like OPA, Sentinel, or Checkov Benefits • Opportunity to work with a complex, multi-team environment • Chance to build and maintain critical infrastructure components
