About the Role We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in k6 and JMeter to design, execute, and analyze performance testing for applications, APIs, and backend services. Key Responsibilities • Design, execute, and analyze performance testing for applications, APIs, and backend services • Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Soak, Endurance, and Scalability testing • Conduct API and Web Application Performance Testing • Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and create reports • Utilize CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps Requirements • 5–12 years of overall experience • 3–5 years of mandatory experience with k6 • Strong experience with JMeter • Experience with Performance testing: Load, Stress, Spike, Soak, Endurance, and Scalability testing • Proficiency in JavaScript, Groovy, or Python scripting • Knowledge of Performance metrics analysis, bottleneck identification, and reporting • Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Preferred Skills • Java or Python programming • Kubernetes and containerized applications (EKS, etc.) • Benchmarking and capacity planning
