🚀 We’re Hiring: Freelance Test Manager (Brussels) We’re looking for an experienced freelance Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and practices for a communications roadmap in a scaled Agile environment. You will coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and platforms while driving quality and best practices. 🔎 Your Role Define and oversee test strategies and methodologies across Agile teams Coordinate testing activities across multiple initiatives and platforms Guide and support test experts and analysts within the roadmap Drive Agile testing practices, standards, and continuous improvement Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors Ensure delivery meets quality, time, and risk objectives 🧠 Key Skills 5+ years of experience in software testing Proven Test Management experience in cross-platform projects Strong leadership and coaching skills Experience working in Agile environments Excellent communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills Experience managing distributed or offshore teams is a plus 📍 Location: Brussels 💼 Full-time mission 💬 Interested?
