About the Role We are looking for an experienced Tosca Automation Lead to join our team for an exciting opportunity with a client in Connecticut. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement test automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca • Lead and manage test automation projects • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca Automation • Strong expertise in Tosca Commander and Test Case Design (TCD) • Hands-on experience with API Testing and Data-Driven Testing • Experience with Distributed Execution (DEX) and Test Data Management • Strong knowledge of enterprise test automation frameworks • Extensive experience in Web, API, and ERP application testing • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies Good to Have • Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI • Defect Management: JIRA, Azure Boards • SQL and Database Validation • Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, Guidewire, or other enterprise applications • Knowledge of Performance and Integration Testing
