About the Role We are looking for a Transition Manager to oversee and manage the transition process until its completion. This role involves leading transition plans and deliverables, managing knowledge transfer, and ensuring smooth handovers. Key Responsibilities • Owns transition plan and deliverables • Manages knowledge transfer and repository/tool/access onboarding • Handles Tier 3 handover and incumbent interface • Manages product-engineering transitions • Implements knowledge-transfer methods • Conducts wave and gate planning Requirements • 10+ years of experience with 2+ comparable transitions • Knowledge of TUPE-aware workforce transition • PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL Certification-Nice to have.
