Title and Summary Translation Learning Product Manager About Mastercard AcademyRole OverviewThe Translations Global Lead will oversee the end-to-end translation and localization strategy for our global training platform, ensuring world-class learning experiences across 15+ languages. This leader will manage translation agencies and vendors, maintain high quality and consistency of educational content, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, culturally adapted learning solutions. They will also support the integration of translation technologies and innovations across the platform.Key Responsibilities1. Translation Strategy & Operations• Own the global translation and localization roadmap for all learning products, including courses, assessments, multimedia assets, and platform UI/UX.• Define and maintain scalable processes, SLAs, and workflows covering request intake, prioritization, production, QA, and deployment.• Forecast localization needs across programs and regions, ensuring cost-efficient delivery.2. Vendor & Agency Management• Select, onboard, and manage translation/localization agencies, language service providers
