About the Role We are seeking a UiPath RPA Technical Lead to join our team in the USA. This role requires extensive experience in RPA architecture, workflow design, and leading offshore teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead RPA development projects using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework • Design and implement RPA solutions with VB.NET/C#, SQL, and API integrations • Manage client interactions and lead offshore development teams • Integrate AI capabilities using UiPath AI Center and Document Understanding Requirements • 10+ years of experience in RPA development and architecture • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework • Expertise in VB.NET/C#, SQL, APIs, and workflow design • Experience leading offshore teams and managing client interactions • Knowledge of AI and Intelligent Automation is preferred Benefits • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge RPA and AI technologies • Lead a team of RPA developers • Work on challenging projects with global clients
