About the Role We are looking for an experienced UiPath & Selenium Automation Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining enterprise automation solutions using RPA technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop scalable automation workflows using UiPath and Selenium • Implement intelligent automation solutions with Agentic AI concepts • Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation processes • Optimize performance and provide production support • Integrate with various APIs and services Requirements • 10+ years of overall QA experience • 5–6 years of hands-on UiPath RPA development • Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver • Proficiency in C# / VB.NET or automation scripting • Knowledge of Agentic AI automation concepts • Experience with API integrations, JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP services • Expertise in web and desktop automation • Experience with attended and unattended bots • Strong knowledge of selectors, exception handling, queues, assets, and triggers • Experience in debugging, performance optimization, and production support • UiPath certification required • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
