About the Role We are looking for an experienced UKG Integration Developer to lead interface design, builds, and legacy migrations for enterprise-scale systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead interface design, builds, and legacy migrations for enterprise-scale systems • Develop and deploy on UKG Pro WFM via Boomi / UKG Integration Hub • Reverse-engineer and migrate legacy Kronos WFC WIM / Connect interfaces to Pro WFM Requirements • 6+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM • Proven experience reverse-engineering and migrating legacy Kronos WFC WIM / Connect interfaces to Pro WFM • Deep understanding of UKG data models (People, Labor Levels, Pay Codes, Punches, Accruals, Schedules) • Strong hands-on SQL and scripting experience (Groovy, Python, or Java) • Experience integrating with enterprise systems (PeopleSoft / UCPath, IBM Maximo) • Familiarity with REST APIs, SFTP automation, JSON/XML, and secure PII/payroll data handling
