About the Role We are looking for an experienced UKG Pro WFM Lead to support enterprise implementation, cutover, go-live, training, and post-production activities. Key Responsibilities • Support enterprise implementation, cutover, go-live, training, and post-production activities • Lead UKG Pro WFM implementation projects • Provide go-live and hypercare support • Manage SIT and UAT testing • Handle defect management • Work with Workday-to-UKG integrations • Perform data conversion, validation, and reconciliation • Manage timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and accruals • Develop training materials and job aids • Communicate with stakeholders Requirements • 10–15+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions / Kronos • Experience with cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support • Knowledge of SIT / UAT, testing, and defect management • Experience with Workday-to-UKG integrations • Skills in data conversion, validation, and reconciliation • Understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and accruals • Ability to develop training materials and job aids • Strong stakeholder communication skills • Healthcare implementation experience is highly preferred • Workforce Central to UKG Dimensions migration experience is a plus
