About the Role We are looking for an experienced Upwork & Freelancer Bidding Specialist to join our IT company, Neutonsoft. This role focuses on winning projects for our agency on Upwork and Freelancer.com. Key Responsibilities • Find and shortlist relevant jobs daily (web, AI, mobile apps, SaaS, staff augmentation) • Write tailored proposals from the Neutonsoft agency profile • Follow up with clients until a discovery call is booked • Coordinate with our tech team on estimates and scope • Track bids, replies, and wins in a shared report Requirements • 2+ years bidding for IT/software agencies on Upwork or Freelancer • Proven win rate with real examples of projects won • Strong written English • Working knowledge of tech stacks (React, Node, Flutter, Python, AI/LLMs) • Ability to spot quality clients and skip low-value jobs
