About the Role Vantage is a centralized operational management system built on Airtable, supporting program planning, delivery tracking, metrics management, resource visibility, financial oversight, and executive reporting. We are seeking a dedicated Platform Developer to accelerate the development of the Vantage platform and provide day-to-day support. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and iterate Airtable solutions including data models, views, interfaces, and automations • Deliver on a prioritized list of platform capability gaps • Conduct demo sessions with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and iterate • Maintain high build quality with linked record integrity, formula accuracy, and automation reliability • Document every feature including purpose, functionality, and maintenance requirements • Serve as the first point of contact for daily user support • Manage user access and permission levels • Triage and resolve broken automations, sync failures, or view errors • Develop and evangelize short reference guides and screen recordings for common tasks • Deliver ad-hoc one-to-one and small group training • Support structured onboarding for new user groups
