About the Role We are looking for a VB.NET Developer to support and enhance a critical laboratory platform used in a manufacturing and quality environment. This role involves troubleshooting, documentation, and direct support for laboratory and quality teams. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across applications, databases, reports, and instrument interfaces • Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis • Document application architecture, workflows, integrations, and operational procedures • Capture and transfer knowledge from existing support resources • Provide direct support to laboratory and quality teams • Participate in testing, deployment, and change management activities • Ensure smooth operation of critical laboratory software systems Requirements • Strong experience with VB.NET application development and support • Hands-on experience with SQL databases and troubleshooting • Understanding of system integration and laboratory instrument communication • Exposure to PHP reporting solutions and dashboard development • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills • Experience working in regulated laboratory, manufacturing, or quality environments is a plus
