About the Role
We are looking for a Video Triage Engineer to join our team at a Telecom Client in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves working with video systems and network analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze video data and network packets
• Troubleshoot video system issues
• Implement solutions for video quality problems
Requirements
• Experience with C/C++ and Python
• Strong knowledge of Linux and networking
• Skills in packet analysis and RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Familiarity with AWS, SQL/Athena, ELK, Splunk, and Grafana
