About the Role We are looking for a Web Applications Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing, configuring, and supporting web applications, SaaS platforms, workflows, and production releases. Key Responsibilities • Manage, configure, and support web applications, SaaS platforms, workflows, and production releases • Ensure smooth operation of web applications and SaaS platforms • Collaborate with development teams for system integrations and deployments Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in web application administration, configuration, or development • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, CMS, and workflows • Working knowledge of SQL, system integrations, deployments, and production support • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills • Experience with Agile and SDLC • Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar platforms is a plus
