About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Web Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in building high-performance, scalable web applications and tools that support our trading platform and internal operations. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain high-quality, performant web applications using modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS • Collaborate with product and design teams to implement intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences • Own features end-to-end—from technical design and implementation to deployment and monitoring • Build internal tools and frameworks that enhance developer productivity and operational efficiency • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and maintainability • Continuously explore and adopt new technologies to improve development workflows and product performance Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js • Experience with modern build tools and frameworks such as Next.js, Webpack, Babel, and Redux • Familiarity with testing and linting tools like Jest, ESLint, and Prettier • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins/Buildkite • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills • A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences Preferred Skills • Experience with design tools like Figma • Exposure to monorepo build systems like Bazel • Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility best practices
