About the Role We are seeking a Web & Mobile Development Lead to join our team. This role requires strong technical skills and demonstrated engineering leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day technical delivery for the assigned POD • Collaborate directly with Client Engineering Managers and Engineering Leads • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical discussions • Provide delivery estimates and identify dependencies • Drive successful completion of sprint commitments • Ensure engineering standards, testing requirements, and documentation are met • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues appropriately • Coordinate production incident response • Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices • Support automation-first QA and AI-assisted delivery initiatives • Maintain alignment with Central Time working hours Requirements • 10–12+ years of recommended experience • Strong hands-on technical background • Proven experience leading enterprise engineering teams • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly • Excellent stakeholder communication • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Experience managing delivery commitments and engineering metrics • Strong ownership mentality Important: POD Leads must be technically strong enough to engage directly with Client's Engineering Leads on architecture, implementation, troubleshooting, and production issues.
