About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced PTC Windchill PLM SME / Solution Architect to lead assessments and strategic planning for an upcoming Windchill 2027 upgrade and modernization initiative. Key Responsibilities • Lead assessments and strategic planning for Windchill 2027 upgrade and modernization • Provide expertise in PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, PartsLink, Change Management, and Document Management • Manage customizations, workflows, data models, integrations, and technical debt • Coordinate ERP integrations with SAP/Oracle, MES, QMS, and regulatory systems • Integrate CAD systems with Creo, SolidWorks, or CATIA Requirements • 12+ years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill PLM • Expertise in PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, PartsLink, Change Management, and Document Management • Strong knowledge of Windchill 12.x/13.x and upgrade planning toward Windchill 2027 • Experience in PLM upgrades, migrations, modernization, and solution architecture • Strong understanding of customizations, workflows, data models, integrations, and technical debt • Experience with ERP integrations such as SAP/Oracle, MES, QMS, and regulatory systems • CAD integration experience with Creo, SolidWorks, or CATIA • Knowledge of medical device regulations, GxP, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 is highly desirable • Experience with gap analysis, risk assessment, data migration, validation, and upgrade roadmaps • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills Preferred • Candidates with Medical Device industry experience • Life Sciences and Healthcare backgrounds are also welcome
