About the Role We are seeking a WMS Implementation Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the implementation of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) systems across various locations. Key Responsibilities • Manage WMS configuration, solution design, testing, and UAT • Oversee WMS implementation, deployment, and go-live processes • Coordinate with distribution center, warehouse, and logistics operations • Ensure strong stakeholder management and communication Requirements • Strong hands-on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) experience • Experience with WMS configuration, solution design, testing, and UAT • Proven track record in WMS implementation, deployment, and go-live • Knowledge of distribution center, warehouse, and logistics operations • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Manhattan Labor Management • Knowledge of warehouse automation • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies • Experience with Tier 1 WMS implementations
