About the Role We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer with strong expertise in Workday integrations and reporting to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Workday integrations and custom reports • Build inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications • Troubleshoot integration failures and reporting issues • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver effective solutions • Ensure data accuracy, integration performance, and system reliability Requirements • 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations and reporting • Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors • Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Advanced, Matrix & Composite Reports, and Calculated Fields • Experience with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), XML, XSLT, and JSON • Knowledge of Workday HCM integrations and third-party system integrations • Experience with integration troubleshooting, testing, and production support
