About the Role We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Lead with strong expertise in Core HCM, Workday Security, Talent, and Recruiting. This role requires providing functional leadership and working directly with client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Provide functional leadership to client stakeholders • Recommend Workday best practices • Coordinate offshore teams to support ongoing operations • Handle production support, issue resolution, and enhancements Requirements • 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience • Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM • Workday Security configuration and support • Workday Talent Management and Recruiting • Strong client-facing and consulting experience • Experience providing functional recommendations as a Workday SME • Experience coordinating offshore delivery teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
