About the Role We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations within the Workday cloud platform. The candidate will work on integrations with third-party vendors and state agencies, supporting Workday HCM, Finance, and Procurement modules. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions • Build integrations for Workday HCM, Finance, and Procurement • Develop integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services • Configure Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions • Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and reporting • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT • Maintain integration documentation and technical specifications • Ensure data governance, accuracy, security, and confidentiality • Stay updated with Workday releases and integration enhancements Requirements • 5+ years of Workday Integration Development experience • Strong experience with Workday HCM and Financials integrations • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Excellent documentation and collaboration skills
