About the Role We are looking for an experienced Workday Project Manager to join PRIMUS Global Solutions. This role involves managing multiple projects within a 2–3 year roadmap of enhancements across the client’s Workday ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Manage the delivery of multiple small projects across the Workday ecosystem • Coordinate changes across Workday, Peakon, Adaptive, Extend and Prism • Report directly to the Workday Product Group Owner • Engage with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Technology • Collaborate with the ERP DevSecOps delivery team • Track project progress, timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables Requirements • Experience managing Workday projects • Knowledge of Workday, Peakon, Adaptive, Extend and Prism • Ability to coordinate changes across multiple systems • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with ERP systems and DevSecOps practices
