This role involves developing, testing, and maintaining reports and dashboards for financial reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards • Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions • Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance in reporting • Prepare user documentation, training materials, and reporting guidelines Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Reporting • Expertise in Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields • Knowledge of Budgeting, Finance, Accounting, and Financial Reporting • Experience with financial analysis, variance analysis, resource allocation, and financial metrics • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
