About the Role We are looking for a Workday Support Engineer to join our team at Sight Spectrum. This role involves providing support for Time Tracking, Absence Management, Reporting, and Security within the Workday platform. Key Responsibilities • Support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management • Develop and maintain Workday Reporting, including Advanced Reports and Calculated Fields • Manage Workday Security, including Domain and Business Process Security • Configure Workday HCM and provide Production Support • Support Australia (AUS) and New Zealand (NZ) employees • Understand and implement AUS/NZ leave plans, public holidays, and absence configurations Requirements • 4–6 years of experience with Workday • Strong knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management • Experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced Reports and Calculated Fields • Understanding of Workday Security, including Domain and Business Process Security • Experience with Workday HCM Configuration and Production Support • Experience supporting AUS/NZ Workday support
