Senior UX Researcher — AI & Monetization (Hybrid in Redmond, WA or Mountain View, CA)

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to help define the next generation of AI-powered, monetization-focused experiences. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with designers, researchers, content strategists, and product partners on products that reach millions of users worldwide.

📍 Locations: Redmond, Washington or Mountain View, California (Hybrid – 4x/week onsite)

🗓️ Contract Duration: Long-term, full-time hours

About the Role This role is ideal for a mixed-methods researcher who thrives in both generative exploration and evaluative testing. You’ll move fluidly between qualitative and quantitative approaches, using evidence-based insights to guide teams toward building intuitive, responsible, and impactful AI experiences.

What You’ll Do 🔹 Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations 🔹 Design and execute studies—interviews, surveys, experiments, and data analysis—to shape product strategy 🔹 Present research findings through clear storytelling that inspires design and product decisions 🔹 Champion accessibility, inclusion, and ethical AI principles 🔹 Influence roadmaps and shape holistic user experiences across multiple surfaces

What You Bring ✨ 4–6+ years in UX Research 📊 Strong experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods 🧠 Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations 💬 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ♿ Commitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and user-first design
