Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and send targeted email and SMS campaigns to drive demand generation, event registrations, and lead nurturing. 2. Segmentation & Personalization: Use advanced audience targeting in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to deliver relevant, timely messages. Creative Development: Collaborate with design to produce mobile-responsive, visually compelling templates. 3. Automation & Optimization: Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to optimize send times, messaging, and conversions. 4. Testing & Analysis: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative, and CTAs; analyze campaign performance to refine strategies. 5. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns follow data protection regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and industry best practices. 6.
