Ray Advertising is looking for a smart, organized & detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our international team ✅ Key Expertise: Professional Documentation, Publisher Compliance, Contract Review, Paperwork Management, Preparing Business Correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, and proposals), Administrative Support, Project Coordination, and Company Paperwork. ✨ Preferred Skills: • Excellent English (both written & verbal). • Strong organizational and communication ability. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana). • Experience of AI-based content writing is a plus.
